Stocks Poised to Open Lower on Monday

 

Stocks are headed to a lower opening on Monday in New York.

U.S. stocks are poised to fall on Monday as investors await data on consumer prices and big bank earnings later in the week.

On Sunday night at 6:18 p.m. Eastern time, Dow Jones Industrial Average futures lost 125 points, or 0.4%, while the S&P 500 futures lost 0.5%, and Nasdaq Composite futures lost 0.5%.
